Information & Application Form page. This information is voluntarily entered by
individuals who are interested in applying online for nomination as either an Instructor
or a member of our Board of Regents. Our site also gathers personal information on its
secure Student Registration Form page. This information, including credit card
information, is voluntarily entered by individuals who wish to enroll online for our
program. This secure form collects visitors’ contact information (their names,
addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses) and financial information (their credit
card numbers.) Contact information from these forms is used in order for us to reply to
inquiries, provide enrollment and accommodations confirmations, and to send out Course
monographs and related materials which are essential to participation in our program. Our
site also presents compiled personal information regarding members of our Board of
Regents, Faculty and Alumni (who have opted in to provide this information as a resource
to both prospective students and alumni) on our Board of Regents & Instructors and
Alumni Directory pages. This information includes names, addresses, telephone numbers and
e-mail addresses. Any individual may opt-out from being listed on these pages by e-mailing
us at info@arvc.org. Users may opt-out from receiving future mailings; see the
choice/opt-out section below.
Security: This site has security measures in place to protect the loss,
misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All Student Registration
transactions are encrypted and carried out in a secure server environment.
